GYSIL is an initiative of the Institute of Public Policy and Diplomacy Research (IPPDR) designed to train youth leaders (ages 18–35) in peacebuilding, sustainability, Diplomacy and policy leadership through education-centered empowerment.
The Global Youth Sustainability and Impact Leaders (GYSIL) Masterclass is a 6-month virtual training program designed for youth leaders worldwide who are ready to create lasting change in their communities and beyond.

Program Requirements
Attend monthly virtual mentorship and leadership training sessions
Participate in mandatory virtual meetings at United Nations-related events (in-person attendance when possible)
Provide monthly updates on your community project
Complete a policy and human rights research project of your choice
Maintain discipline, leadership ethics, and complete all assignments by the due dates
